1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bloom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it reasonably up to date.
- You may not create accounts using false identity or unauthorized credentials.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Account Security and Responsibilities
- You must keep login credentials confidential.
- You must promptly notify us of suspected compromise or unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited behavior includes abuse, harassment, illegal activity, and automated misuse of the service.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
- Consumer access to iOS digital features is purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system where available.
- Separate enterprise, school, or institutional agreements may be purchased by contacting us through our official website, apply only to organizational programs, and do not replace or affect in-app purchases for iOS digital content.
- Pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms are disclosed before purchase.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after the applicable billing period begins.
- If you purchase through a platform, that platform's billing and refund rules may apply.
6. User Content and Service License
- You retain ownership of content you submit.
- You grant Bloom a limited license to process submitted content to operate and improve the service.
- You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.
7. Intellectual Property
The Bloom brand, software, service materials, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where law permits otherwise, you may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer service components without authorization.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.
9. Disclaimers
Bloom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect output accuracy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bloom harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the service, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension and Termination

- You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
