We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.

Langverse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect output accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Langverse and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Langverse harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the service, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
• You may stop using the service at any time.
• Provisions that by their nature survive termination remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
